Metrocare is a leading supplier of care staff to some of the UK’s largest care organisations. We work very hard to offer the best available temporary staff for children's nursery's.

All our nursery staff will be NVQ 3 (or equivalent) qualified as standard and qualifications will be checked prior to placement, so you can be assured that we will look to provide you with the best available personnel, regardless of the urgency!

Continuity is another key factor when caring for children which is why an integral part of the service we offer includes the retention of our staff. We offer multiple incentives to achieve this, one of which being our employee of the month scheme whereby staff are rewarded for their efforts with some of the latest technology gadgets and a recognition certificate that is also displayed in our office and on our website.

Metrocare regularly offer in house training, which is free of charge to all of our staff. This is one of the many systems we have implemented which ensure our compliance (further details listed under Compliance) and retention remain as key priorities. Many of our staff are NVQ qualified or working towards this qualification, so you can be assured that we will look to provide you with the best available personnel regardless of the urgency.
