Metrocare regularly offer in house training, which is free of charge to all of our staff. This is one of the many systems we have implemented which ensure our compliance (further details listed under Compliance) and retention remains some of our key priorities.

Many of our staff are NVQ qualified or working towards this qualification, so you can be assured that we will look to provide you with the best available personnel regardless of the urgency!
