Continuity of staff is another key factor in providing a reliable and trusted service. We offer many incentives for both our staff and internal employees as retention is paramount to our success and is what enables us to offer the first class service that we do. One example of our retention programme is the Employee of the Month scheme.

All Metrocare staff complete Enhanced CRB disclosures and are provided with all mandatory training which is consistently updated by our in house training department. In addition to this free service many of our staff are NVQ qualified or working towards this qualification.
