Metrocare have implemented various systems to ensure our compliance is second to none. This means we are able to offer a more innovative and efficient way of storing and managing data.

Metrocare have moved into the 21st century and have abandoned the traditional black and white photocopies of sensitive information. We are able to do this by using our unique and specifically designed cloud database which allows us to securely scan and save all documents against a prospective candidate’s profile whilst abiding to data protection.
This process offers multiple advantages, one of which is clear colour copies of passports, NI cards, Visa’s, CRB’s and all other required documentation at the click of a button.
Metrocare understands that compliance is an ongoing task that is by no means complete once a suitable candidate has been employed and cleared to work. Our unique system allows us to keep track of when a candidates, visa, training, CRB or passport is approaching renewal and act on it before its too late.
Another key feature is for auditing purposes, our database is a secure web based program, and not a static standard system (which is common in recruitment). This means that we are able to access a candidates file at any location where there is internet access, even to complete an audit on site.

Metrocare were given a 100% success rate on an audit which was carried out by one of the UK’s largest care organisations towards the end of 2010.

Training

Metrocare hold regular and in depth training in courses for all our staff to ensure that they are always qualified for the job. The mandatory training provided is a free service for all of our staff provided by a dual registered nurse and qualified trainer.

CRB

All Metrocare staff undergo an Enhanced CRB disclosure check which is renewed annually.
